By accessing and using the VertexNode hosting platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our servers for any illegal activities, including but not limited to DDoS attacks, botnets, or hosting copyrighted material without permission.

3. Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new hosting plans. Dedicated servers are non-refundable.
